Elreda is a business system for electrical installation companies. This overview shows what you see once you have signed in, and where to find help on every page.
What is this?
After signing in you land on the page Start. It shows who you are signed in as, and two lists:
- What you can work in — the parts of the system you have permission to work in. Today that is the customer register.
- Your permissions — what your account may do. Permissions decide this, not the role.
If there is no part for you to work in, the page says so, and who can give you the permission.
Every page in the system has a button with a question mark at the top right. It leads to the guides that describe that particular page. All guides are collected under Help.
Tip: The guides are built from the same source as the system and checked at every build. If a guide says something that does not match the screen, report it — that is a fault.
Who can do what
Everyone who can sign in sees the start page and the help. The help can also be opened without signing in, so that someone having trouble signing in can read how it works.
Everything else you see depends on your permissions. Which permissions exist, and which each role gets by default, is described in Accounts, roles and permissions.
